What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

A $50 deposit must be paid to secure your appointment. This deposit will be used in the event a late arrival, late cancellation, or no-show fee needs to be charged. We reserve the right to charge this fee on the second occasion of you either arriving late, cancelling late, or not attending your appointment. This fee cannot be used towards services or products.
Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?

Yes. Every new client begins with a consultation — either a 30-minute video consult ($30) or a 45-minute in-clinic consult ($50). The consultation fee is credited toward your first treatment.
How long until I see results?

Initial improvements from PRF and microneedling treatments are typically visible within 2–3 weeks, with continued enhancement over 3–6 months as collagen production increases. Rejuran treatments are usually performed as a series of three sessions, four weeks apart.
Is there downtime?

For most regenerative protocols (PRF, microneedling, Rejuran), expect mild redness or flushing for 6–24 hours. Makeup can typically be applied the following day. For injectables, mild bruising is possible for 3–5 days.
Who performs the treatments?

Julie (Eunjeong Ji, RN BSN) performs all regenerative, microneedling, PRF, Rejuran, and facial treatments personally. Dr. Amir Masoudi (MBBS, FRACGP) performs all cosmetic injectable treatments (anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers, bio-stimulators, bio-remodelling).
