What it is
Dark circles develop from a combination of loss of elasticity, volume, visible vasculature, sun damage, pigmentation, and dehydration. These concerns typically intensify with age.
There are three distinct mechanisms — and they call for different protocols. Structural hollowing is best addressed by PRF Gel or filler. Vascular shadowing responds to volume restoration. Pigmentation-based dark circles need a gentler topical and microneedling approach. We will identify which (often more than one) is at play during your consultation.
